In early 2003 the Cambridge Athletic Club needed to find a program that would increase revenue for the club. The decision was made CAC would work to develop the basketball program, and the basketball league was targeted as the main focus. CAC had basketball as a recreational activity since 1980, and started basketball leagues in 1999. However, this program needed to be taken to the next level.

This is when CAC contacted Orcapack Web Solutions ("Orcapack"). OrcaPack was chosen as the company to help CAC make this program a revenue generator for the club. Through developing a web site for all basketball related activities the program took off. It started to become by far the most popular activity at CAC. Orcapack's personal attention, coupled with the timely manor in which they handled all tasks, made our web site the most talked about part of CAC. The content, details, and visuals of the site Orcapack built made this the best web site for basketball around. With the help of Orcapack CAC took a program that was a recreational activity and made it one of the most popular programs in the Boston area. Without the help of Orcapack this would not be possible

Update 2007
We continue to work with the CAC. The basketball program has grown to 10 leagues and over 500 players playing in 4 different gyms, Sunday - Thursday (3 sessions per year). We have also added 3 on 3 weekend tournaments, which generally are attended by 100 players or more.

Update 2007
We continue to work with the b.good. b.good has grown to 2 locations (3rd opened in August 2007 and the Fourth on Newbury St. is opening in the fall) and over 5000 devoted family members (mailing list subscribers). b.good won the Retailers Association of Massachusetts Best Restaurant in 2005. The associations guest speaker gave a 30 minute presentation about the website's techniques used to drive traffic to a retailer brick and motar store.
